Priding themselves in being the first to market with performance exhaust systems for today’s latest applications, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust never dreamed that they would be building a system for one of the most recognized names of the pony-car era the Dodge Challenger, after all the car was 16 years old when Billy Boat Performance Exhaust first opened. However, after a 35-year hiatus, Dodge returned the two-door rear-wheel-drive coupe to their line up and in true form, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust developed systems for both the 2008-10 Challenger SRT-8 models. This precision handcrafted system uses only the finest quality T304 stainless steel material available. CNC mandrel 3” tubing is used throughout the entire system to ensure a precision fit as well as a smooth uninterrupted exhaust flow. With the latest in resonance control technology, B&B’s proprietary Purge Resonance Technology or PRT as it is known, this system enables you to have a forceful note on aggressive driving yet a mild note at cruising speeds without the unwanted interior drone. This low restriction system allows for quicker throttle response as well as increases of 17 horsepower and 21 foot-pounds of torque measured at the rear wheels on our in-house chassis dyno. B&B uses a pair of Squoval (square tips w/rounded corners) on each side for a valiant yet unique look. No engine management sensors are moved or altered therefore this system is 50 state emissions legal and is backed by their limited LIFETIME warranty.
