If you are looking for ways to extract every possible horsepower from your 2015 through 2017 Ford Mustang EcoBoost this Airaid track day race intake just what you need. This kit replaces the restrictive factory airbox, filter, and intake tube to allow your engine to breathe easier. The easier you engine can breath the better it will run. This kit also includes a special reflective panel to help deflect the hot air coming off of your Mustang's engine helping to keep the air coming into the airbox cooler to allow you to make more power. The track day filter is manufactured using 4 layers of premium cotton gauze that allow maximum airflow. The filter can be washed and reused for thousands of miles. The new filter is shipped dry but you can run the run it dry or oiled depending on your preference.
The unshrouded design of this cold air intake system leaves the filter exposed. For this reason, Airaid recommends that the system only be used in a dry controlled environment such as drag racing or track days.
